Turmeric Rice (黃薑飯)

Turmeric Rice
An indonesian style rice, healthy and tasty. 

Ingredients

2 cups Rice
2 tsp ground Turmeric
5 cloves  garlic
2-3 tsps  coconut milk
some dried raisins

Directions

1. Heat some oil in pan.  Add garlic slices, stir fry until fragrant.
2. Add rice and keep stir frying.  Add ground turmeric, at the same time keep stir frying until all rice turns golden yellow.
3. Add raisins and coconut milk.  Mix well.  Stir fry until rice are dry.  Serve hot.
