Roast Baby Back Pork Ribs

Roast Baby Back Pork Ribs

In the original recipe I got, a cup of barbecue sauce is used.  However, when I got to start my cooking, I just found that I have got no barbecue sauce in my kitchen.  It would be too disappointed to stop at that very moment.  I tried to compose one, from many other roast pork ribs recipes. It works!  My family loves the taste too.

So, never give up.  Success will be yours.  Cheers!

Ingredients

2 1/2 pounds pork spare ribs or pork loin back ribs
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 tablespoons salt

Sauce
3 tablespoons lemon juice
4 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon instant minced onion
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Directions

1.     Cut spare ribs into serving size pieces.  Place ribs in a large pot with enough water to cover.
2.     Add garlic powder, black pepper and salt.  Bring water to a boil, and cook ribs a little until tender.
3.     Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
4.     Put all the sauce ingredients into a bowl and mix them.
5.     Remove ribs from pot, and place them in a inch baking dish.  Pour the sauce over the ribs.
6.     Cover dish with aluminum foil, and bake in the preheated oven for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, or until internal temperature of pork has reached 160 degrees F (70 degrees C).
