Ingredients
2 pieces (around 12 oz) rib eye (or any
steak you like)
Seasonings
1 tablespoon wine
2 teaspoons light coloured soy sauce
Some black pepper
Pinch of salt and pepper
Directions
1.
Defrost the steaks, bring up to
room temperature.
2.
Sprinkle salt and pepper over
steak, leave for 2-3 minutes.
3.
Cut garlic to thin slices.
4.
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil to fry
steak. Fry both sides over high heat to
seal the surface, about 30-40 seconds for each side. When both sides become light brown, remove
from heat. Cut into cubes.
5.
Add a little of oil to fry pan,
fry garlic slices until brown and fragrant.
6.
Put steak cubes back to the
pan. Stir fry for a short while. When the steaks get to the right tenderness
you preferred, sprinkle wine and soy sauce in and mix quickly. Sprinkle fresh grounded black pepper at last.
7.
Remove and serve hot.
