English Baked Potatoes

English baked potatoes
Easy and tasteful, gives a perfect side dish for my steak. 
I can simply put all the potatoes and mushroom to the oven.  Then I can totally focus on frying my steak.  At the end, both come out ready for my dinner.  Great.  Even as novice as me can do it!

Ingredients

4 large potatoes (red potato preferred)
1 onion
250 grams brown mushroom
Salt and black pepper to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions

1.          Cut potatoes into wedges.
2.          Cut onion and mushroom into pieces.
3.          Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
4.          In a large bowl, toss potato wedges, onion, mushroom and olive oil until well mixed and coated.
5.          Put all the potatoes, onion and mushroom to a baking dish.  Season with salt black pepper.
6.          Bake for 20 minutes in the preheated oven, turn over the potatoes and others.
7.          Bake for an additional 10 to 15 minutes, or until tender.
8.          Ready to serve then.
