Mango Pudding

Ingredients

1 packet mango jelly powder
2 tbsp sugar
150ml boiling water
100ml evaporated milk, chilled
2 mangoes



Directions

1. Mix jelly powder and sugar in a mixing bowl.
2. Dissolve the mixture using 150ml boiling water.  Leave aside to cool down.
3. Peel the mangoes.  Cut out the flesh of a mango.  Put it into the blender.
4. Cut the other mango into dices.  Place it in a bowl.
5. Blend mango with evaporated milk, jelly mixture until light and foamy in blender.
6. Pour mixture to a container and spoon in mango dices.  Chill until set.
7. Served with evaporated milk.
