Tomato Meat Sauce

A classic spaghetti sauce, with tomato and beef... prepare it, fridge it, and ready to use anytime.

Ingredients


300g ground beef
3 big tomatoes, cut into small cubes
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1/2 onion, chopped
5 tbsp tomato paste
some rosmary, bayleaf
some salt and pepper, sugar


Directions

  1. Heat some olive oil in a pan.  Add garlic, onion, stir fry to fragrant.
  2. Add ground beef.  Continue to cook until liquid evaporated.
  3. Add tomato cubes. Then add rosmary and bayleaf.
  4. Add 1/2 cup of water.  Use medium fire to cook until thickened.
  5. Set aside to cool.
