Mango Salsa

Mango Salsa

Fruit salsa, sweet, juicy and fresh, excellent for summer.

Ingredients

Salsa
1 mango, peeled, seeded, and chopped
2 tomatoes, seeded, chopped
1 small cucumber, seeded, chopped
6 strawberries, chopped
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Chips
4 (10inch) flour tortillas
butter

Directions
  1. In a mixing bowl, mix all ingredients, with lime juice and lemon juice. Cover and fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat oven to 350F (or 175C),
  3. Cut each tortilla to 4-6 wedges. Spread butter onto tortilla wedges.
  4. Bake the buttered tortilla wedges in preheated oven 8 minutes, until it becomes crispy.
  5. Allow to cool, approx. 10 minutes. Served with chilled fruit salsa.
