| Mango Salsa |
Fruit salsa, sweet, juicy and fresh, excellent for summer.
Ingredients
Salsa
1 mango, peeled, seeded, and chopped
2 tomatoes, seeded, chopped
1 small cucumber, seeded, chopped
6 strawberries, chopped
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Chips
4 (10inch) flour tortillas
butter
Directions
- In a mixing bowl, mix all ingredients, with lime juice and lemon juice. Cover and fridge for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350F (or 175C),
- Cut each tortilla to 4-6 wedges. Spread butter onto tortilla wedges.
- Bake the buttered tortilla wedges in preheated oven 8 minutes, until it becomes crispy.
- Allow to cool, approx. 10 minutes. Served with chilled fruit salsa.
