| Vegetables in White Sauce |
Ingredients
1/2 Broccoli1/4 Cauliflower
10 pcs Mushrooms
10 stalks Asparagus
Mozzarella cheese
White sauce
25g Butter
25g all-purpose flour
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup milk
some salt and pepper
Directions
- Wash and cut the vegetables into small pieces.
- Boil water, add salt. Briefly cook the vegetable to some softness. Remove the vegetables and drain all water.
- Preheat oven to 220C.
- Prepare white sauce.
- Put the vegetables into baking dish. Pour the white sauce over the vegetables. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
