Vegetables in White Sauce

Ingredients

1/2  Broccoli
1/4  Cauliflower
10 pcs   Mushrooms
10 stalks Asparagus
Mozzarella cheese 

White sauce
25g Butter
25g all-purpose flour
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup milk
some salt and pepper


Directions

  1. Wash and cut the vegetables into small pieces.
  2. Boil water, add salt. Briefly cook the vegetable to some softness.  Remove the vegetables and drain all water.
  3. Preheat oven to 220C.
  4. Prepare white sauce.
  5. Put the vegetables into baking dish.  Pour the white sauce over the vegetables.  Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes.
