| Roasted herbed Pork Loin |
Ingredients
2 lbs Boneless pork loin roast
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup white wine
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon dried rosemary
1 tablespoon thyme
salt and pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350F (175C).
- Crush garlic. Mixed garlic, roasemary, salt and pepper.
- Pierce pork loin with a sharp knife in several places. Press the garlic mixture into the openings.
- Rub the meat with the remaining garlic mixture and olive oil.
- Place the pork loin into oven, turning and basting with pan liquids from time to time.
- Bake for around 1 hour, until the pork is no longer pink in centre and pork centre temperature reach 145F (or 63C). Remove roast to a platter.
- Heat the white wine in pan, with the baking pan liquid.
- Serve pork loin with pan juices.
