Pizza Rolls

Pizza roll, with mozzarella on top




For 8 large pizza rolls

Ingredients

1.5 (.25 ounce) package active dry yeast
1.5 teaspoon white sugar
1.5 cup warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)
4 cups bread flour
3 tablespoons olive oil
1.5 teaspoon salt

Fillings
Salami
Ham
Caramelized onion
Tomatoes (chopped)
Pineapple (chopped)
Mozzarella
Corns
Or any other desired fillings

Directions

1.      Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
2.      In a medium bowl, dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water.  Let stand until creamy, about 10 minutes.
3.      Stir in flour, salt and oil.  Beat until smooth.  Let rest for 5 minutes.
4.      Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface and divide the dough into 8 equal parts.
5.      Roll each to a flat dough sheet on a lightly floured surface.
6.      Put your desired fillings and plenty of mozzarella on the dough sheet. 
7.      Wrap it to a roll.  (Beware, don’t put in too much fillings,  or you will not be able to wrap it.)
8.      Put the rolls onto a greased baking pan.
9.      Bake in preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
10.  Let baked pizza roll cool for 5 minutes before serving.
