Panna Cotta with Fresh Strawberry Sauce

Panna Cotta with Fresh Strawberry Sauce
It is rich, creamy and smooth. Great for a dessert lover.
And it is unbelievably easy.  I make it the first time and success.  Especially the strawberry sauce, it is marvelous.  Healthy and delicious and beautiful.  I love it.


For 4 servings

Ingredients


1 cup milk
1 cup whipping cream
2.5 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons powdered gelatin
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Strawberry sauce
150g strawberry
2 tablespoons sugar

Directions

1.      Dissolve gelatin in small amount of water.  Put the bowl in a larger bowl of some hot water until the gelatin all dissolves.  
2.      Heat the milk and sugar in a small pot till all sugar dissolves and boils. 
3.      Add liquid gelatin and vanilla essence to the milk.  Stir to mix well.
4.      Add whipping cream.  Keep stirring while cooking and mix well.  Remove from heat after 1 minute.
5.      Pour the mixture into 4 cups. Let it cool down.
6.      Cover with a wrap and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
7.      Put strawberry and sugar into electrical blender to crush the strawberry.
8.      Put strawberry on top of the pudding.
