BBQ Pork (Guangdong style)

BBQ Pork
It is as tasteful as those bought from roast meat shop!


Ingredients


1 lb Pork Tenderloin
4 tablespoons BBQ sauce
1 tablespoon honey


Directions

1.      Cut pork tenderloin into 2 halves.
2.      Use sharp fork to punch the pork tenderloin.
3.      Put the BBQ sauce on the pork evenly.  Put it in refrigerator for 3 hours.
4.      Preheat the oven to 180C.  Put the pork on a shallow pan with rack.  Bake the pork for 18 mins.  Turn the pork over and bake for another 18 mins.
5.      Put the honey on the pork and bake for 2 minutes more.
6.      Remove from oven and let it cool for 5 minutes.
