Strawberry Smoothie

Strawberry Smoothie
Healthy, fruity, cool drink for a summer afternoon.

(For 2 servings)

Ingredients


8 strawberries, hulled
1 banana 
1/2 cup skim milk
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 tablespoon white sugar
6 cubes ice, crushed

Directions


1. In a blender combine strawberries, milk, yogurt, sugar and vanilla. Toss in the ice. Blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into glasses and serve.


Alternative
The fruits can be changed to any other fruits.  Amount of yogurt and milk can be adjusted as wish, to make it richer or less.  
I have tried replaced the milk with water.  It tastes more fruity, and equally yummy.


Kiwi, apple juice, ice only.  No yogurt, no milk.
