| Steam Abalone |
Ingredients
Dried Tangerine Peel (陳皮)
Oil
Soy sauce (light)
Directions
1. Wash and brush the
abalone thoroughly.
2. Soak the dried
Tangerine peel in water, until it
softens. Shred it.
3. Put the shredded
Tangerine peel on top of abalones.
4. Boil water and
steam the abalones for 13-15 minutes,
depends on the size of abalone.
5. Drain the liquid
from the steamed abalones.
6. Pour soy sauce
over the abalones.
7. Heat oil and add
the heated oil onto the abalone. Serve
hot.
