Steam Fish


Steam Fish

Ingredients

Fish 
Ginger  (shredded)
Spring  onion  2 stalks (cut into 1 inch in length)
Oil
Soy sauce (light)

Directions

1.  Remove the intestines and scale from the fish.
2.  Wash the fish thoroughly under water.
3.  Put ginger and spring onion on the fish, with a few pieces put into the fish.
4.  Boil water and steam the fish for 10-12 minutes, depends on the size of fish.
5.  Drain the liquid from the steamed fish.
6.  Pour soy sauce over the fish.
7.  Heat oil and add the heated oil onto the fish.  Ready to serve.
