| Chocolate chips cookies |

Ingredients
1 and
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2
teaspoon baking soda
1/2
cup butter (100g or 1 stick)
1/4
cup and 2 tablespoons brown sugar
2
tablespoons white sugar
1
egg
1/2
teaspoon vanilla extract
1
cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Some
walnuts (optional)
Directions
1.
Preheeat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Sift together the flour and baking soda, set
aside.
2.
In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown
sugar, and white sugar. Stir in the egg
and vanilla. Blend in the flour mixture.
Finally, stir in the chocolate chips.
3.
Drop cookies by rounded spoonfuls onto ungreased
cookie sheets.
4.
Put a walnut on top of each cookie.
5.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in the preheated oven. Edges should be golden brown.
