Chicken Meat Kabob

Chicken Kabob

Ingredients

2 lbs Boneless chicken
1 purple onion
6 large mushrooms
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
1 yellow pepper

1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon white wine
Some sea salt, black pepper, thyme, rosemary

Directions

1.          Cut chicken, green pepper, red pepper, yellow pepper and onion into pieces and string together.  String the mushroom at the top.
2.          Sprinkle sea salt, black pepper, thyme and rosemary on surface.
3.          Preheat oven to 200C.  Bake the chicken string for 15 mins. 
4.          Turn the chicken strings.  Mix white wine with olive oil, black pepper and salt in a bowl.  Brush onto the chicken strings.  Bake for another 15 mins.
