Crepes

Crepes with Fresh cream

(for 4 servings)


Ingredients

1 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil
1/2 pinch salt


Directions

1.        In a mixing bowl, combine eggs, milk, flour, salt and oil.  Process until smooth.  Cover and refrigerate 1 hour.
2.        Heat a pan with medium high heat and brush with oil.  Pour 1/4 cup of crepe batter into pan, tilting to completely coat the surface of the pan. 
3.        Cook 2 to 5 minutes, turning once, until golden.
4.        Repeat with remaining batter.

To Finish
5.        Wrap with banana (or peach, strawberry, or whatever fruit you like) and lot of cream.  Chocolate sauce to garnish.
